Maintenance agreements are designed to extend the service life of air conditioning and refrigeration equipment and keep them running safely and efficiently, diagnosing and rectifying minor problems before they become costly plant failures. A typical agreement will provide for a minimum of two visits per year (Spring and Autumn) by a qualified technician who uses a routine checklist to track the performance of your system. |
